i'm not feeling well~uhu

I'm feeling a bit sick and I don't know what to do. Im saying that I still have to go to the lecture tomorrow; but I don't feel well enough. I got:- Headache- Sore, dry eyes- Runny nose- Dry, chapped lips- Dehydration- Sore chest- Sore back and stiff neck- Aches and pains.

someone tell me what to do?

I went to Pusat Kesihatan twice. i feel that others doesn't think I'm sick enough.~waa
